Michele Lavanga, born in Cagliari in 1962. Graduated in Chemical Engineering at the University of Cagliari in 1988. Masters in Industrial and Energy Management at Scuola Superiore Enrico Mattei ENI Group - Milan in 1988-1989. Between 1989 and 1997, Michele worked at ENI - ENICHEM in the following areas: production, technology, strategic planning, market analysis and cost control. In September 1997, Michele joined Fluorsid, where, in 2000-2002, he was Project Manager for the sulphuric acid plant construction. Since 2002, he has been Site Director and, presently, Michele is General Manager of the Company.

Fabrizio Caschili, born in Cagliari in 1969. Graduated in Chemical Engineering at the University of Cagliari in 1994. For more than ten years, Fabrizio worked at THE DOW CHEMICAL COMPANY in the following areas: process technology, safety and plant operations and project management. In Dow he became Production Leader of the purified terephtalic acid (PTA) plant. In March 2008, Fabrizio joined Fluorsid, where he currently holds the position of Production Manager.

Lorenzo Di Donato, born in Pescara in 1979. Graduated in Business Economics at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan in 2002. Between 2002 and 2006, Lorenzo worked in METRO CASH & CARRY GROUP, Non Food Purchase Department, as Procurement Manager of electrical goods. In July 2006, he joined Fluorsid, where he started leading the Purchasing Team. Lorenzo is today Commercial Manager of the Company.
